Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. This role handles bi-weekly hourly payrolls, maintains UKG and WFM systems, and ensures accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data for multiple locations.

You will process new hires and terminations, manage verifications of employment, garnishments, and other payroll tasks, and generate reports. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Proficiency with UKG and WFM systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly hourly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Enter and correct payroll data in UKG and update WFM.
• Handle verifications of employment, garnishments, and other documents.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll questions with professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
