Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. You will be responsible for accurate, bi-weekly hourly payroll processing and administration of UKG and Workforce Management systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

You will maintain UKG and WFM databases, generate payroll reports, and provide timely support to employees and leadership on payroll questions, while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, organizational changes).
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
