Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~160 employees across three states (union representation ~50%).
• Administer payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Partner with HR/leadership to review/approve payroll before processing; manage ~1,000 monthly invoices.
• Reconcile ~$150K monthly corporate card transactions; support payroll-related accounting entries.
