Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Payroll Accountant in South Bellevue, WA to own the weekly payroll for ~160 employees across three states in a highly automated environment.

You will administer payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions, while partnering with HR and leadership to ensure accuracy before processing. On-site role with exposure to AP and reconciliations in Acumatica ERP.

Formación

• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Union payroll experience.
• Accounts Payable experience and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll for ~160 employees across three states (union representation ~50%).
• Administer payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Partner with HR/leadership to review/approve payroll before processing; manage ~1,000 monthly invoices.
• Reconcile ~$150K monthly corporate card transactions; support payroll-related accounting entries.
