Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.

• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
• Dayforce/Ceridian experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Stable, long-tenured, relationship-driven workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll for ~250 employees with high accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records (hires, terminations, rate changes).
• Review payroll data, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies for compliance.
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefits.
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions and internal service.
• Prepare payroll and labor reports for leadership, Accounting, and HR.
• Collaborate with Payroll Manager and Specialists to support ongoing operations.
