Job summary

The State of Colorado is seeking a payroll and accounting professional to support the Colorado WINs partnership and related deductions and payments. You will partner with payroll, Human Resources, DPA and employees to ensure accurate reporting and timely processing of wages, benefits and deductions.

Responsibilities include system setup, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of payment submissions, with a focus on compliant payroll operations for 5,400+ state employees across multiple agencies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Four (4) years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll systems such as UKG Kronos and general payroll duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage dues, payments and reporting for Colorado WINs and the partnership agreement.
• Serve as liaison between payroll, HR, Colorado WINs, DPA and employees.
• Back up colleagues in leave cases and Colorado WINs duties.
