Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a payroll accounting professional to manage CO WINs dues, payments and reporting. The role acts as liaison between payroll, HR, CO WINs and related groups, with backup duties for leave cases and CO WINs tasks.

The position requires four years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and reporting. Hybrid work arrangement in Colorado with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant professional accounting experience.
• Experience with Colorado WINs partnership would be a plus.
• UKG Kronos experience is preferred.
• CPPS or CPP certification is preferred.
• Payroll administration knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages dues, payments and reporting for Colorado WINs as part of the payroll partnership.
• Reconciles reporting with payment collections and submissions.
• Troubleshoots issues related to reconciling payments and submissions.
• Provides reporting for payroll-related aspects of the partnership agreement.
