Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in relevant operations or contract-related fields.
• Deal fulfillment experience in high-volume contracting-to-payout lifecycles.
• Non-attorney contract/legal-adjacent experience with attention to detail.
• Exceptional accuracy in high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Salesforce records with full field completeness.
• Run hygiene sweeps to identify blanks, duplicates, and mismatches.
• Input executed contracts and metadata into Salesforce and internal tools.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and onboarding status.
• Prepare and submit payout requests with complete supporting detail.
• Track payouts end-to-end and reconcile paid amounts.
• Produce payout and budget utilization reporting.
• Maintain SOPs for recurring processes.
