Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract & Payout Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract in Austin, TX (3-days onsite per week). You will manage Salesforce records, contracts, and payout data, ensuring accuracy across procurement and finance systems.

Responsibilities span contracts & records, payout operations, and reporting/QA tooling. Must have deal fulfillment experience, contract interpretation ability, and meticulous attention to detail; Salesforce experience and Excel skills

Qualifications

• Deal fulfillment experience through contracting-to-payout lifecycle in high-volume environments.
• Contract/ legal-adjacent experience; reading and interpreting contract language with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work with documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Contracts & Records: Create, update, and maintain Salesforce records with full field completeness.
• Run hygiene sweeps to identify blanks, duplicates, and mismatches.
• Input executed contracts and metadata into Salesforce and internal tools; validate against source documents.
• Coordinate supplier setup and onboarding through procurement systems; track intake from submission to activation.
• Monitor onboarding and third‑party assessment status; keep requesters informed of pipeline status.
• Support contract, PO, and non-PO documentation; maintain audit-ready file trails.
• Payout Operations: Prepare and submit payout requests with complete supporting detail.
• Validate payouts within contract caps and approved amounts; ensure coding matches budgets.
• Track payouts end-to-end; reconcile paid amounts and document variances.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Ops, and Finance on close support.
• Reporting, QA & Tooling: Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports; flag variances.
• Produce payout and budget utilization reporting at multiple levels; perform completeness checks.
• Reconcile data across Salesforce, contracts, procurement, finance, and trackers.
