Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Commercialization to drive the execution of commercialization initiatives for payor-focused products. You will partner with product, marketing, sales enablement, and analytics to translate strategy into coordinated launch plans, credible evidence, and adoption activities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or related leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

Support execution of commercialization initiatives for payor-focused products.
Translate portfolio strategy into go-to-market plans and execution activities.
Coordinate launch plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and readiness reviews.
Develop product positioning, audience definitions, and buyer value stories.
Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure material readiness and training.
Identify evidence, baselines, and reporting requirements for market-facing use.
Translate analytics into clear value stories for payors, brokers, and sellers.
Monitor launch effectiveness and adoption signals to drive optimization.
