Responsibilities include real-time processing support, system health monitoring, and incident management, with cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check lines.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing.
• Monitor core processing platforms and satellite systems for health and performance.
• Support operations/production issues and incident management.
• Analyze trends to improve processes and reliability.
• Participate in testing and deployment of core platforms and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-team members to meet deliverables.
