• Provide real-time support across Check/ACH processing.
• Perform application health/monitoring for core processing platforms and subsystems.
• Support operations/production issue and incident management.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and potential improvements.
• Participate in testing, defect management, and rollout of new platforms/services.
