Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree or two years of related experience is preferred.
• Entry-level knowledge of core systems used by operations teams is expected.
• Ability to work in a 3rd shift with potential weekend testing hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check lines.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing during shifts.
• Monitor core processing platforms and satellite subsystems for health.
• Support incident management, testing, and onboarding of platforms.
• Assist with planning, meetings, and documentation across teams.
• Deliver quality customer service and collaborate with cross-team members.
