Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I to support the Fed ACH and Check processing, monitor core platforms, and sustain 24x6 operations across three shifts.

Under supervision, you will analyze operational data, assist with incident management, and help implement processing improvements while maintaining high reliability.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers full-time hours on third shift with opportunities to grow within FRFS.

Qualifications

• Specialist I: High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Less than two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check.
• Provides real-time support for Check/ACH processing.
• Monitors health of core processing platforms and satellite/subsystems.
• Supports operations/production issues and incident management.
