Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I to support large-scale clearinghouse and transaction processing for the Fed ACH and Check business lines. This role requires real-time monitoring across three shifts and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable payment processing.

Under supervision, you will perform routine analyses, assist with incident management, and participate in project initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Occasional weekend hours during testing phases.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for the Fed ACH and Check.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing.
• Monitor core processing platforms and satellite/subsystems.
• Support operations/production issues and incident management.
• Participate on project teams or minor initiatives.
• Assist peers with cross-team activities to ensure aligned requirements and deliverables.
