The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I to manage large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check, on a 3rd shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM EST, Mon–Fri) within a 24x6 model.

Under supervision, you will monitor core platforms, assist with incident management, and collaborate across teams. Background checks, U.S. work authorization, and potential career growth accompany a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Less than two years of relevant experience for Specialist I; two to five years for Specialist II.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for the Fed ACH and Check lines.
• Provides real-time support for Check/ACH processing.
• Performs application health/monitoring for core processing platforms and satellite/subsystems.
• Supports operations/production issues and incident management.
• Conducts analyses to understand operational trends to aid improvements.
• Participates in testing, defect management, and launches of core platforms or subsystems.
