Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I for the third shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM EST, Mon–Fri) to support large-scale clearinghouse and transaction processing across Fed ACH and Check lines.

Under direct supervision, you will monitor core platforms, assist with incident management, and participate in testing and deployment of new systems. This role requires learning multiple systems and collaborating across teams to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check lines.

• Support schedule, planning, and documentation for shift operations.
