Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's FRFS is seeking a System Operations Specialist I for 3rd shift to handle large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check lines. You will provide real-time support across shifts and monitor core processing platforms and related subsystems.

Under supervision, you'll assist with incident management, analysis of trends, and participate in testing and launches of new platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant experience for Specialist II preferred.
• Ability to work in a 3rd shift with rotating responsibilities and adapt to a 24x6 model.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check lines.
• Provides real-time support for Check/ACH processing and monitoring for core platforms.
• Supports operations/production issues and incident management.
• Performs analysis to identify trends to drive improvements.
• Participates in testing, defect management, and launches of new platforms.
