The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is hiring a System Operations Specialist I for the 3rd shift to handle large-scale clearinghouse and transaction processing for the Fed ACH and Check networks. The role includes real-time system monitoring and incident support across three shifts.

Under supervision, you will assist with testing, project work, and cross-team activities while maintaining required processing schedules.

Qualifications

• Entry level working knowledge of critical systems and ability to operate under pressure.
• Supports real-time payment processing and incident management across shifts.
• Participates in projects and testing to launch core processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check business lines.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing and monitor core processing platforms.
• Assist with incident management, testing, and project initiatives across shifts.
• Provide cross-team support and planning to ensure timely daily payment processing.
