Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I to support Fed ACH and Check processing across a 3rd shift schedule (12:00 AM–8:30 AM EST, Monday–Friday). You will monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with project-driven enhancements in a dynamic operations environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred, with weekend testing hours possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Weekend hours during testing phases.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing across shifts.
• Monitor core processing platforms and satellite subsystems for health and issues.
• Assist in incident management and problem resolution with cross-team collaboration.
• Support testing, defect management, and rollout of platform enhancements.
