Job summary

FinWise is seeking a Payment Strategy Operations Specialist to build out bank products related to funds movement. The role requires deep familiarity with multiple rails and a track record in deployment and launches.

The specialist will oversee launches for BaaS, LaaS, and BIN sponsorship, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance and reporting across departments. A strong emphasis on mentorship and process improvement is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with payment rails including ACH, Wire, FedNow, RTP, Visa Direct.
• Experience leading product launches.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• SQL knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own bank launch responsibilities for BaaS, LaaS, BIN sponsorship, and related projects.
• Coach contributors and ensure clean, processable products.
• Create test plans and tests for bank launches.
• Certify new payment rails at launch.
• Develop department procedures and regulatory compliance practices.
• Produce reports and collaborate with FinTechs, customers, and other departments.
• Mentor teammates and support personal projects.
