Raisin in the United States is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to oversee daily payment processes across deposit products, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliation, and partner with engineering and product to improve payment workflows.

You will monitor fraud signals, analyze operations, automate processes, and document procedures while collaborating with partner banks, service banks, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in operations analysis or similar fintech/financial services role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
• Identify and resolve payment issues with operating partners.
• Monitor for fraudulent or suspicious activity in payments.
• Analyze processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, banks, and custodial partners.
• Establish and monitor critical payment operation metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
• Perform data analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support customer service and finance with operational inquiries.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
