Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or SaaS operating models, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Working knowledge of digital payment flows: ACH, credit/debit card, real-time payments.
• Experience in a regulated industry, familiarity with PCI-DSS, NACHA, AML/KYC requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the operationalization of new payment products ensuring smooth integration into the platform.
• Document procedures and processes by creating, maintaining, and updating comprehensive documentation.
• Design and implement controls for new payment products to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
