Fin is building a modern payments platform and seeks a versatile product/operations generalist who can own cross-functional projects, turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans, and partner with customers and engineering to deliver solutions.

You will develop internal processes, create lightweight tooling, and identify where automation or product improvements drive efficiency across the business.

• Identify recurring ops bottlenecks solvable by tooling or product.
• Write requirements and partner with engineering on tools.
• Use data to understand processes and identify improvement areas.
• Build lightweight tools and automations when faster than core-product changes.
• Help launch new products, partners, workflows, and markets with operational pieces.
