U.S. Bank is seeking a Team Leader to guide a Payments Sales Consultants team focused on Consumer & Retail and Food & Beverage sectors. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team addressing embedded payments, ecommerce, virtual accounts, and treasury services.

You will influence product, risk, and operations while managing complex enterprise opportunities with CFOs and treasurers, driving growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Payments solutions.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing enterprise sales professionals.
• 10 years of enterprise sales experience
• Strong understanding of Consumer & Retail and Food & Beverage industries, including payment ecosystems and treasury challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sector-specific growth strategies for Consumer & Retail and Food & Beverage clients.
• Drive achievement of team sales, revenue, fee income, and client retention goals.
• Support consultants in identifying opportunities related to omnichannel commerce and liquidity management.
• Monitor team pipeline health, sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex enterprise opportunities and executive-level client engagements.
