U.S. Bank in Atlanta seeks a Client Executive Team Leader to guide a payments-focused team delivering exceptional client experiences across Payments, treasury, merchant, and related services.

You will coach, govern, and oversee performance while partnering with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure strategic, compliant client solutions. The role emphasizes relationship health, proactive client reviews, risk-aware decisions, and disciplined execution to drive organic growth

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives responsible for key client relationships and end-to-end client experience.
• Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage, relationship management, service quality, and disciplined execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end client experience across assigned portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery, proactive engagement, and strong relationship health.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations, escalations, service gaps, and relationship risks ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality client experience.
• Support team members in building deep, long-term client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, strategic advice, and a strong understanding of client business objectives.
