The UX Research Manager will lead a team of researchers within the Design organization, working across Payments and Risk products to deliver insight-driven experiences. You will coach, mentor, and grow the team while partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers.

You’ll shape research strategy, drive AI transformation in internal processes, and ensure research translates into design and business decisions. The role requires 7+ years of user research and 3+ years leading teams.

• 7+ years of relevant user research experience.

• Experience coaching and developing researchers.
