PayPal is seeking an Experience Researcher to join the Enterprise Services Experience Research team. You’ll own research end-to-end—from framing questions and roadmaps to driving action from findings—in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bring 3+ years in UX or product research, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record with qualitative and quantitative methods. You’ll partner with design, product, engineering, and GTM teams to shape business-focused experiences.
