Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC seeks a Senior Director of User Experience Research to lead a team shaping research for Paze and Identity products. You will drive a culture of customer obsession and influence product strategy through rigorous research.

You will partner with Product, Design, and analytics teams to define roadmaps, guide research programs, and translate insights into actionable opportunities. Hybrid work in NY location supports collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Statistics, CS or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive UX research experience.
• Experience leading and scaling product design teams.
• Track record of driving research programs influencing product decisions.
• Experience with mixed methods - strategic research.
• Able to communicate insights to cross-functional leaders clearly.
• Experience leading research in fast-paced, early-stage product development.
• Background in risk management and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and define product roadmaps and strategy with Product and Design teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing UX research team.
• Design and conduct foundational, formative, and evaluative qualitative research.
• Synthesize and communicate research findings to drive user insights across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet department goals.
• Prioritize customer needs in product roadmaps and decision making.
