YouLend Limited is expanding its Payments team in Atlanta. The role focuses on daily payments processing, reconciliation, and post-funding tasks, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and problem solving to improve workflows and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have AML awareness, Excel proficiency, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced fintech environment while collaborating with partners and internal teams.

• Understanding of reconciliation processes and statement reporting.

Aufgaben

• Daily execution of payments, including Faster Payments and International Payments, per cut-offs.
• Reconcile correct allocation of incoming payments within agreed timescales.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions (rejections, bounce backs).
• Complete Post Funding Requests in line with SLAs.
• Liaise with partners regarding delays and manage solutions with Payments Team Lead.
• Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraud.
• Respond to payment-related queries promptly and effectively.
• Propose process improvements to streamline workflows and interactions.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the payments platform.
