Job summary

YouLend is seeking a proactive Funding and Payments Manager to oversee a combined team of about five people in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the Funding Team Lead and Payments Team Lead, guiding performance, coaching, and operational direction to ensure accurate funding, timely payments, and proper fund allocation.

This hands-on role focuses on developing people, resolving complex issues, and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in payments or funding operations.
• Strong understanding of payments processing, reconciliation, and fund allocation.
• Experience coaching teams and driving performance improvements.
• Proficient in data analysis and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Funding Team Lead and Payments Team Lead, setting objectives and performance expectations.
• Oversee funding setup, payment processing, reconciliation, and fund allocation.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
• Provide escalation point for complex queries and issues across both functions.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and expand team capabilities as business grows.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls across funding and payments.
