REPAY is seeking an entry level Payments Specialist to enroll vendors, process and research payments, and perform related tasks at our Atlanta office. This onsite role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow with a leader in fintech payments.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Some previous experience in customer service is strongly preferred; new graduates may apply.
• For non-college graduates, 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, sales, lead gen, or collections is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication with follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to frequent process changes and new duties.
• General skillset to perform/navigate Microsoft; minimum of 50 WPM.
• Experience with Excel is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enroll vendors and process payments within required timeframes.
• Process electronic payments for clients via phone or web portals.
• Update vendor records for payment options (virtual card, ACH, or check).
• Assist vendors to ensure payments are processed per guidelines.
• Monitor outstanding payments issued to vendors.
• Handle client inquiries via email within one business day.
• Assist teammates to meet service level agreements.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and growth.
• Maintain positive attitude and adhere to core values.
• Willingness to work overtime during growth or onboarding periods.
