Job summary

YouLend Limited is seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate to work closely with US Operations leadership in Atlanta. The role focuses on scaling the rapidly growing US region, using data to identify opportunities, design solutions, and own implementation and impact measurement.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit Operations, Product and Technology, owning analytics and strategic initiatives from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using SQL, Excel, Python or similar tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to make sound decisions using data and judgement, even with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to implementing changes and measuring impact.
• Build and improve KPI reporting and performance management for visibility and action.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce admin work and boost productivity.
• Experiment with AI-enabled ways of working and scale high-impact solutions with Product and Tech.
