Job summary

Inspire is seeking a finance professional to manage budgets for our payment acceptance function at our Atlanta Global Support Center. You will forecast, analyze variance and partner with multiple departments to reduce costs and grow sales through efficient payment programs.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic/operational finance or payments, a Finance/Accounting degree, and Oracle ERP experience. Onsite 4 days/week in Atlanta, with collaboration across restaurants and digital channels.

Qualifications

4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3+ years experience in strategic finance, operational finance, or payments.
Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage payments P&L with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Analyze payments P&L performance across interchange, fees, chargebacks and vendor costs.
Collaborate with departments to identify cost reductions and revenue opportunities.
Prepare periodic financial reports, forecasts and analyses.
Provide detailed financial analysis of cost of payments across restaurants and digital channels.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting and summaries.
Maintain budget and forecast for gift card breakage and escheatment.
