• Experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable with numbers and analytics.
• Task-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for day-to-day interactions and support with schools, lenders, escrow agents and private equity firms.
• Reconcile daily ACH and check payment applications.
• Lead financial operations functions including settlements, lockbox, exception item processing and reconciliation of check, ACH and wire-related transactions.
• Assist with moving funds on our customers’/consumers’ behalf for loan funding, disbursements and remittance.
• Maintain, track, and post various financial information related to borrowers for different financial products.
• Ensure prompt completion of loan processing, including school certifications.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate operational risks and drive process improvements.
• Participate in department and company-wide projects as a payments subject matter expert.
• Take ownership of internal and external inquiries to provide timely resolutions.
