YouLend Limited in Atlanta seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join the US Collections & Recoveries team. You will manage merchant accounts, drive repayment and support outcomes that balance customer and business goals.

The role demands strong communication, detailed record-keeping, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own account progression and collaborate across teams to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, collections, credit control, or debt recovery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and with empathy.
• High attention to detail and accuracy across systems and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear ownership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts at various delinquency stages.
• Contact merchants by phone and email to resolve balances and support repayment.
• Build relationships with merchants and handle sensitive conversations with confidence.
• Negotiate and implement payment solutions aligned with merchant circumstances and business goals.
• Monitor account status and progress cases to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all account activity in internal systems.
• Handle high volume tasks with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Assess risk and escalate based on complexity, exposure, and stage in collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution of complex cases.
• Use data and payment behavior to prioritize follow-up and decision-making.
