YouLend is looking for a Commercial Strategy Associate in Atlanta to own growth initiatives with partners, build business cases for new products, and drive cross-functional projects. You’ll analyse partner performance, pricing, RFP support, and present insights to key stakeholders.

The role requires fintech acumen, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fintech partnerships or commercial strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to create clear, structured presentations.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new financial concepts and markets.

Aufgaben

• Identify high-value growth opportunities across partners, products and markets.
• Own performance deep-dives for strategic partners and implement findings.
• Build business cases for new product, market and partner initiatives.
• Structure commercial proposals, pilots and partner growth plans.
• Build operating rhythms, tools and processes to scale YouLend.
• Collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Risk, Data, Operations and Capital Markets.
