Job summary

Winixx Inc. is hiring a Payment Operations Analyst in Atlanta. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial transactions across carrier payouts, shipper wallets, factoring settlements, and vendor commissions.

You will monitor daily payment activity, resolve discrepancies with engineering and finance, oversee Stripe Express accounts, and generate weekly reconciliation reports. A fintech/marketplace background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payment operations, fintech operations, or financial reconciliation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with payment platforms such as Stripe, ACH processing, or wire transfer workflows.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and transaction dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial data analysis.
• Understanding of freight payment flows, factoring, or invoice financing is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working at a fintech, marketplace, or payment processing company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily payment processing activity across all Winixx payment flows.
• Investigate and resolve payment failures, delays, and discrepancies in collaboration with engineering and finance.
• Manage the carrier payout process including Stripe Express account oversight and disbursement verification.
• Reconcile shipper wallet transactions and ensure accurate balance tracking.
• Support the operational relationship with factoring partners including settlement verification and commission tracking.
• Maintain accurate payment operations records and produce weekly reconciliation reports.
• Identify and elevate potential fraud indicators in payment activity.
• Work with engineering to improve payment reliability, speed, and visibility across the platform.
