Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to manage various payment strategies and ensure accurate posting of transactions across ACH, checks, wires, and mobile deposits. The role involves daily reconciliation, data analysis, and adherence to NACHA/ECCHO rules.

You will work within a fast-paced environment, identify payment issues, and contribute to process improvements while staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience with ACH, Wire Transfers, Check clearing or other payment channels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process in-house member transactions across ACH, checks, wires, and mobile deposits.
• Identify, investigate and resolve payment issues and potential fraud.
• Test DNA release changes in core test environment and validate payment functions.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
