Job summary

Canvas Credit Union in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to accurately process multiple payment files, including ACH, wires, and returns, ensuring timely completion and high member satisfaction.

You will research, resolve member issues, and maintain compliance with BSA, Regulation CC/E, and NACHA/FED rules while collaborating with Fraud and Accounting teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year college degree preferable.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant payment transfers experience at a financial institution.
• Regulatory knowledge: Reg CC, Reg E, NACHA/State/FED rules.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international payments including ACH, wires, checks.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and meet service levels.
• Identify fraudulent activity and coordinate with Fraud Team.
• Balance and reconcile department GL accounts with Accounting.
