Responsibilities

• Assist with launch and ongoing operations of payments programs and identify improvements
• Identify issues with new and existing payment features and processes
• Collaborate across departments to streamline customer-facing features
• Help develop tracking systems to measure operations performance and trends
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with customers, providers, and internal teams
• Review customer credits and refunds promptly and accurately
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience
• Utilize tools to ensure payment accuracy and rectify errors
