Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Financial Services, Payment Operations, or a similar field.
• High school diploma required; Some college or technical training preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and review payments across multiple rails, including higher-risk activity, per policies.
• Research advanced payment issues, resolve complex exceptions, and escalate as needed.
• Provide advanced operational support, mentor teammates, and support training.
• Apply controls to payment activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
