Job summary

CXM Direct LLC in the United States is seeking a Payment Integration Manager to own integrations end to end—from the initial provider call through production stabilization. You will be the first line on payment incidents and decide readiness for live launches in a technical operations capacity.

This is a hands-on role requiring API know-how, Postman testing, and the ability to translate provider documentation into engineering-ready specifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in payments, PSP integrations or fintech platforms with hands-on ownership of integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, asynchronous payment status and callback mechanics.
• Ability to read provider API specifications and identify missing pieces.
• Experience diagnosing live payment incidents from logs and API responses.
• Proficiency with Postman or equivalent for API testing and end-to-end checkout testing.
• Comfort turning ambiguous docs into engineering-ready specifications.
• Excellent communication during incidents and stakeholders interactions.

Responsibilities

• Run full onboarding cycle for new payment providers: call, sandbox, configuration, testing, UAT, production launch and stabilization.
• Own first-line response to payment incidents and drive to resolution.
• Define acceptance standards for new integrations and approve go-live decisions.
• Read provider API docs and translate into actionable specs for engineering.
• Perform hands-on verification including mobile/desktop checkout testing.
• Maintain catalogue of payment methods and providers and known failure modes.
• Build a preliminary inventory of live methods and providers.
• During 90-day window, analyze deposit attempts by outcome and report findings.
