CardFlight is seeking a Payments Product Manager to own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for our payments infrastructure on a United States location‑neutral team. You will translate complex processor and card brand certification requirements into engineering‑ready stories, lead end‑to‑end integrations, and collaborate with certification, engineering, and ops to ship compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in payments.
• Experience with payments infrastructure, processor integrations, and certification processes.
• Shipping software developed and maintained in-house.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership on how transactional components function and map to processor integrations.
• Manage end-to-end processor integration and certification processes with major processors.
• Serve as the primary contact with processors and card brands for compliance and standards.
• Review compliance bulletins and emerging standards to guide product evolution.
• Act as internal expert on payment methods, EMV kernels, certification intake, and integration architecture.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent certifications and integrations without losing attention to detail.
