Qualifications

• 3+ years of chargeback, dispute resolution, fraud operations, or payment processing experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or coordinating a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Chargeback Specialists through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Monitor workloads, queues, service levels, and staffing priorities.
• Review quality, productivity, and performance; provide feedback and actions.
• Partner with business units and leadership to support goals and changes.
• Drive process improvements and document standard operating practices.
