Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Chargeback Team Lead for a remote US role. You will oversee the Chargebacks Team within Payments Customer Support, coaching specialists and ensuring timely dispute handling while maintaining compliance with card network rules.

You will partner with internal teams to improve processes, monitor performance, and drive revenue protection for merchants. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of chargeback, dispute resolution, fraud operations, or payment processing experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or coordinating a team.
• Advanced knowledge of chargeback regulations, dispute processes, and card network requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Chargeback Specialists, including onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
• Monitor workloads, queues, service levels, and staffing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and employee questions.
• Review quality, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
• Partner with business units and leadership to support operational goals and changes.
