Job summary

Félix seeks a senior Chargeback Strategy & Operations Lead in the U.S. to own end-to-end chargeback strategy across merchant-acquirer and issuer sides.

You will shape evidence packages, optimize win rates, and build scalable playbooks, partnering with processors, networks, and issuing partners. You will measure win-rate by reason code and network, develop dashboards, and push AI-powered efficiency while ensuring compliance with Visa/Mastercard rules.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and data-driven decision making are essential.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration required.
• Experience with card networks, disputes, and risk controls.
• Experience evaluating issuing vendors and BaaS platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end chargeback strategy across merchant-acquirer and issuer sides.
• Define and refine representment strategy with evidence packages by code, corridor, and product type.
• Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths for scalable operations.
• Identify and drive AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and scale.
