Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced Information Security professional to drive First Line Assurance activities. You will guide policy, execution of control assessments, and remediation coordination across Security and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes automation, evidence collection, and dashboards using Power Automate and Power BI, with exposure to audit frameworks and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related information technology field.
• Minimum 7+ years of information security, security assurance, audit, risk, compliance, security architecture, or related technology functions.
• Knowledge of PCI, FFIEC, FISMA, SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, ISO-27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, RMF or related security control frameworks.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels to identify risk, collect and evaluate evidence, document findings, and communicate remediation options.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Information Security, Technology, Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders to support First Line Assurance objectives.
• Performs targeted control assessments, operational assurance reviews, post-deployment security validations, and certification activities.
• Supports automation of control audits, evidence collection, control testing, reporting, remediation tracking, and continuous monitoring.
• Uses automation and reporting tools to streamline evidence collection, control validation, assessment execution, and remediation tracking.
