Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Representative to meet owners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and drive conversion to new accounts. You will work from home for quotes and follow-up, while spending time in the field with clients across the metro, supported by coaching from seasoned sales leaders.

The role offers a balanced mix of home-office tasks and in-field visits with flexible hours and earnings tied to results, plus a bonus for strong months as you build the territory.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong customer-facing experience is a great foundation.
• Clear and confident when explaining costs and numbers to an owner.
• Organized, motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Dependable transportation for travel around the metro.
• Home office setup with a computer and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Visit business owners at booked appointments around Dallas-Fort Worth.
• Follow through on leads and grow your list through referrals.
• Learn how each business accepts payments and recommend a better fit.
• Prepare quotes and proposals from home and guide owners to a signed agreement.
• Support every new account through setup until it runs smoothly.
• Record your appointments and progress in the CRM.
