Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales representatives and drive revenue growth in the Greater Dallas area. The role blends people management with hands-on sales execution, coaching, and performance coaching across cross-functional teams.

You will work with the Senior Sales Manager and Country Manager to implement strategies and close deals in a remote-first environment. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of meeting targets, coaching teams, and thriving in

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing field sales team.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to coach reps on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.
Experience in B2B, high-volume, transactional sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales representatives within your territory.
Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor pipeline health and ensure consistent activity levels across the team.
Collaborate with Senior Sales Manager and Country Manager to execute market strategies.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to sharpen sales skills.
Be a hands-on leader providing support on deals to help close business.
