Booksy is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a growing team driving growth across the US market, especially in the Dallas area. The role combines people management with hands-on sales execution in a remote-first setup, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale local growth.

You will recruit and develop reps, drive targets, monitor pipeline health, and provide on-the-ground coaching to ensure quota attainment and market expansion.

• Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing field sales team.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to coach reps on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.
• Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
